So, as some of you may have noticed, our servers have all been some-what down today, and the reason why, is that somehow my account got deleted with our server providers... So, they had to re-create my account and give me new server IPs. However, they were able to give me back our Cod2 IP, just not the same Vent port or Cod4 IP. It's a little annoying, but nothing too major. Also, our two gaming server IPs will be changed again this weekend, but hopefully for the last time. Our server providers are reletively new, so they've been moving their server boxes around a bit to find the best quality. They were renting boxes before, but now they've bought all of their own equipment, so they said they won't be moving anymore. I'm hoping that's the case.
Aaaaaanyways. Below is the current server infos.
Cod2 Server: same as before
Cod4 Server: 66.225.195.231:28960
Ventrilo: Just new port - 4246

Our Vent server is currently accesible, but I won't have the control panel info until tomorrow or so...

Well after I ordered that 32 cod4 server that was supposed to be our cod4 freezetag server (btw sorry i didnt follow through with that) and then I quit SOT and Call of Duty and my brother wanted it, I gave it to him, so he emailed Pingpulse to request it to be changed to the game "unreal tournament 2004" and then they said they switched it, but in control panel there was no server, so he emailed them again and then said "Oh were sorry, we dont support that game, we will have our technician add the files" So they advertised that they supported it, yet they didnt, I baught that server June 9th for 3 months, and to this date, they still havent resolved the problem and my brother never got his server after 2 months of playing tag with customer service.
I do miss my 10 slot 24/7 killhouse server, it was really doing well it popularity, I had people there within the first week without my presence.
Edit: I just asked my brother about that server, they deleted his account altogether, he tried logging in, and it said invalid user/pass
And then he hit forgot password and it said User doesnt exist.

Ahh that sucks, I can see how that'd be stressful.. I've had a few difficulties along the way, but I've been able to resolve them fast by instant messaging their guys on Xfire. For server quality, I've found them to be great. But the support is slightly lacking.
Did you guys quit your payments?
