Applicants: After registering here on the site, please read through this application procedure carefully, then copy and paste the following application form into a new topic within this same "Applications" forum and leave answers for all the questions.

Once your application has been submitted, it will be left for ONE(1) full day so that it may be confirmed by a Staff Member and viewed by all other SØT members. Once the day is up, your application will be voted upon by SØT members in a maximum 10 day period. In order to be accepted you will need five(5) confirms by SØT members, two(2) of which need to come from SØT Admins. If you get five(5) denies, then your application will be denied. This procedure is in place so that you as the applicant have time to get to know our current members, and vice-versa, before being accepted. If you do NOT have five(5) confirms by the end of the waiting period, then your application will be dismissed. You may re-post another application if this is the case.

The best way for you as an applicant to get our members to confirm you as an applicant is to just get to know them; game with them; talk with them. As a leader, I look for applicants who are looking for us. An applicant who's applied, then right away adds our Xfires, get's in game with us often, and is active on the forums is one whom I will accept any day, depending on their maturity. Therefore, ways that you as an applicant can get to know our clan is by:

Number 1: Add our Xfires if we haven't already added yours. When we're online, try and start up a conversation, ask us about ourselves and tell us a bit about yourself.

Number 2: Stay active here on the forums. What does this mean? This means check out the different topics and sections, look for new posts and messages, and post some yourself! This shows us that you're actually serious about being apart of a gaming community. An applicant who doesn't check the forums enough to even see comments on their application isn't worth being accepted. Please keep this in mind when applying.

Number 3: Play with us in-game. Look for games we're playing and join in, or better yet, initiate! If we're playing in our servers, help us populate them. This way we'll be able to view how you act in-game and we'll be able to see, again, that you're serious about joining our gaming community.

However, with all that being said, we absolutely will NOT tolerate ANY sucking up. Our acceptance by confirmation method is in place so that we and you can get to know each other prior to you being apart of SØT. It's not in place so that you can suck up to us for a while then flake off once you've been accepted. Please keep this in mind when applying.

Once you've been confirmed by five members, including two admins, you will be accepted and given the rank of Recruit for two weeks. Through this period of time we will be checking on your activity, your attitude, whether or not you keep the rules, and if you fit into our clan.

Lastly, before filling out your application, please make sure that you have read and understand all our clan rules in the Clan Rules topic. Also, before we accept ANY applications, we kindly ask that you first check out the rest of our forums so that you get a feel as to what type of clan SØT is.
